Depending on your use of the website, Holding JLP may process:
Holding JLP does not seek sensitive data and carries out no advertising profiling or sale of personal data.
Data is processed to answer requests, assess and administer partner access, maintain security, evidence consents and commitments, measure website use in aggregate and improve content.
Depending on the processing, the legal basis is pre-contractual measures, performance of a contract, Holding JLP’s legitimate interest in managing relationships and securing services, compliance with a legal obligation, or consent where required.
Audience measurement is limited to understanding pages viewed, approximate visit duration, general origin and approximate country. It is not intended to identify visitors.
Holding JLP favours a solution configured without advertising, cross-site tracking or commercial data sharing, and with IP anonymisation or truncation. If the chosen solution does not meet the requirements for consent-exempt analytics, it will be activated only after your agreement.
Data is available only to authorised Holding JLP personnel and providers needed for hosting, authentication, security, electronic signature, email or, once enabled, audience measurement. Providers act under contractual instructions and within their assigned role.
Some technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Holding JLP then seeks an appropriate GDPR mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required.
A different period may apply when required by law, a dispute or the defence of legal rights.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis.
Send requests to olivier@vrboxing.fr. Identity evidence will be requested only in case of reasonable doubt. You may also lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
